Civils Supervisor – Piling

Site Supervisor Vacancy – Munster

• Predominantly based in Munster but with possible to travel to Leinster & Midlands.
• This role will require a lot of travel, likely multiple days per week.

What you’ll be doing:

• Setting up and managing construction sites.
• Managing subcontractors on site.
• Managing employees and project resources on internal software package.
• Responsible for Health & Safety on site.
• Providing management with daily and weekly reports.
• Supervising and executing lift plans.
• Organising and liaising with clients.
• On smaller sites, you may be required to carry out more hands-on work – operating machinery etc.

Requirements:

• Ideally 10+ years’ total construction experience.
• 5+ years’ site supervisor / management experience.
• You’ll need experience with piling or ground improvement.
• Experience with pumping equipment and lift plans would be ideal.
• Competency tickets for operating heavy equipment – piling rigs, excavators, MEWP, etc.
• Flexible to travel frequently – regionally and nationwide.
• Strong client management experience.
• Very computer literate – for report writing and using internal software packages.
